Doran joined AngloGold Ashanti as chief financial officer and an executive director in January 2023 from Rio Tinto, where she was CFO of the aluminium division. She remains on the board alongside Alberto Calderon and walked investors through the company's second-quarter 2026 figures, including the gap between its realised gold price and spot.
