Melbourne-headquartered base metals miner majority owned by China Minmetals, which holds a 67.49% stake. It is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and operates copper and other base metal mines across several continents.

MMG's Kinsevere mine in the DRC's Haut-Katanga province produced 33,800t of copper cathode in the first half of 2026 following a $600m expansion that also added cobalt hydroxide capacity, though cobalt processing has been intermittently paused amid weak prices.
